Based on a user experience study, current Redbox users provided insight into improvements needed for the process of finding and selecting a Redbox kiosk location on the app.

With a user center approach, I worked closely with the research team and stakeholders to improve the experience focusing on some quick wins using best practices while understanding the nuances of reserving from a particular kiosk.
As the main point of contact for both UX and visual design for this project, I referred to the brand and style guidelines to create annotated high-fidelity wireframes.
