Meijer was updating their entire e-commerce experience bringing it onto the Hybris platform including their order online with curbside pickup service. This included their shopping cart, checkout and order confirmation for both mobile and desktop web.
USER EXPERIENCE ARCHITECT.
It was imperative to maintain the company's needs such as the specifics of their curbside scheduling, options for notes and substitutions on an order and payment methods. At the same time, the designs needed to align with the Hybris platform which required understanding the needs of the client and communicating with them on a daily basis in an Agile process.
I built out wireframes in mobile and desktop for various use cases annotating each condition. These wireframes were shared internally and the client where revisions were conducted and wires were then updated accordingly.
Working with a talented visual designer, the designs were created to strengthen Meijer's new style guide and brand presence.
